Meet Frankie!  Frankie is a chihuahua mix boy who came to us from a cruelty case. He was not treated well by humans, but despite that has learned to love his foster momma. He is learning to share his love with the other doggies in the house, originally thinking that his foster momma was all his. This pint size boy is ready for his new home. Fully vetted and ready to go. He is crate trained and house trained.
