WELCOME TO THE RESCUE, JASMINE… AKA JAZZY!

Sometimes the dogs you never planned for are the ones who remind you exactly why you do this.

Jazzy is an approximately 1-year-old Lab mix who came to us after we were contacted about a young dog who had wandered onto someone’s property. She had some skin issues, was covered in ticks, and we really didn’t know much about who she was or what we were getting into.

But we said yes.

And goodness, are we glad we did.

Because underneath it all was Jazzy—an absolutely lovely girl who seems like she was simply made to belong to a family.

Loves kiddos

Great with other dogs

Cat tested and did well

Working hard on house training and making great progress

Super smart and eager to learn

Sweet, affectionate, and ready to be somebody’s girl

Jazzy will be spayed soon, and then this beautiful girl will officially begin searching for the forever home she should have had all along.

She may have arrived as a stray with a story we’ll never completely know, but we have a feeling the BEST chapters of Jazzy’s life haven’t even been written yet.
